Patricia Dec is a licensed Realtor serving Manatee and Sarasota Counties, with a practice built around two core commitments: helping seniors navigate life transitions, and guiding relocating families to their new Florida home.

As a certified Senior Transition Specialist (SRES®), Patricia's first priority is always to listen. She understands that not every client's goal is a sale — sometimes the right path is aging in place, and she'll say so honestly, even when it means no transaction at all. When a move is the right choice, her SRES® training equips her to guide clients through the financial and emotional complexities of downsizing, from timing a sale around retirement income to understanding the tax implications of a move.

Patricia brings a unique perspective to real estate, drawing on nearly 30 years of prior Wall Street experience as a Risk and Compliance Director in San Francisco, NYC and London, UK. She has a BS in Accounting and a MBA in Taxation. Rather than approaching each transaction as a simple sale, Patricia treats it as the significant financial decision it is, offering clients a level of strategic insight that goes beyond traditional real estate service.

Patricia also works closely with clients relocating to the West Coast of Florida, particularly those moving from high-tax Northeastern states in search of a more favorable financial lifestyle. Whether a client is staying put, downsizing, or starting a new chapter, Patricia's goal remains the same as a well planned, stress-free transition built around what is truly right for her clients.
